Ashley Brooks Jr., Keith Lambeth, Charles Miscio and James Bayless stepped over to the CBRE camp following the takeover of Insignia/ESG earlier this summer. Brooks and Lambeth will serve as senior vice presidents with the firm; Misco was named first vice president; and Bayless will named senior associate. All four will team with CBRE's Susan Evans to handle office property leases plus building and land sales.

Brooks, who was with Insignia since 2001, has more than 17 years of commercial real estate and recently negotiated 25 building leases representing more than 1.7 million sf, 334 acres of recent land sales and more than 1.7 million sf of building sales. Lambeth has negotiated several landmark deals in Phoenix, including a 600-acre land purchase at Interstate 17 and Happy Valley Road and a 130,000-sf lease for NDC's regional headquarters.

Misco, an office property specialist with more than 14 years of real estate experience, served as managing director for Insignia where he was one of the company's top producing brokers in the Phoenix office. Bayless, who also worked for Grubb & Ellis, has completed more than 150 office lease transactions in the Northwest Valley since 1998.
