Kevin Duffy and Sean Sullivan of CBRE, who represented California National Bank, say the church will be expanding from its offices in Eagle Rock to the 132,000-sf bank complex. The CBRE brokers describe the former bank headquarters building as "a unique mix of office, warehouse, cafeteria and computer facilities," with visibility to the 5 Freeway and easy access to Downtown Los Angeles, Burbank and Glendale. Duffy and Sullivan not that the location offers a campus environment with excellent parking and prospects for future development. The church was represented by David Carr of ReMax of Glendale.
