John Boyle, principal and Mary Burnieika, vice president of Trammell Crow Co. exclusively represented Oasis Semiconductor while Brian Hines, principal and David Campbell, vice president, also of Trammell Crow, advised Boston Properties in this transaction.
The corporate center, a 300,000 sf, six-story, office building, is located at the intersection of Routes 128 and 20. It features large open floor plates, a full-service café, a recently expanded fitness facility and a shared conference center for use by tenants. Current tenants in the building include Microsoft, Netegrity, and Principal Financial.
David Provost, VP at Boston Properties emphasizes that "Communication by all players was a key factor in structuring this lease to provide maximum flexibility and speed of delivery. The building's layout plays well to this type of dynamic growth and positions Oasis well for future expansion."
Oasis, which develops imaging and silicon expertise for the office automation market, moved to the corporate center last year. According to Will Wrean, treasurer of the company, the relocation to this building was "based in large part on our critical need for a flexible landlord willing to work hard to accommodate our growth."
