Transwestern focuses on corporate advisory, investment services, development research property and facilities management and leasing services for office, healthcare, industrial, multifamily and retail projects.
Southeast region president Jim Ledbetter says Transwestern leased more than 18 million sf in 2002, represented clients in $1.5 billion of investment sales and financing, and oversaw management of about 450 properties representing more than 82 million sf. The company operates in 22 markets.
