Thomas Aitken, vice president of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented VinCo Properties in the transaction while Greg Klemmer of Klemmer Associates represented the seller, RAM GRACE II, in the sale transaction.
The building is located on nearly 10 acres at the Route 93/128 interchange and VinCo says the property will be a long-term acquisition for them. In addition to Concepts NREC, Canteen Corp. is relocating from Waltham into 18,000 sf of warehouse distribution space on a long-term basis in the building. Aitken represented both Canteen Corporation and VinCo Properties in the lease transactions.
