The 104,000-sf building is about 80% occupied and is part of a master-planned 1.8 million sf commercial park. It is located near Route 128 at the Route 24/Route 139 interchange and among the building's corporate neighbors are Stone & Webster, Teradyne and BJ's Wholesale Club.
