Rieskamp Equipment Co, which relocated to the 4635 W. McDowell building under an early move-in agreement, will pay about $500,000 under the terms of the lease. The company, which blends, stores and distributes activator and detergent for truck washing systems, formerly was located along Adams Street just miles from its new site.
Rich Sica, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, who handled negotiations for the tenant along with Daum broker Jeff Hulseweh, said the move gave Rieskamp an additional 4,000 sf of operating space. Bob Hubbard with CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the Chicago-based building owner, First Industrial Realty Trust.
