Jeff Moore, head of the CB Richard Ellis retail team that brokered the deals, says the properties are at the northwest corner of Milliken Avenue and Concours in the new center, which is anchored by a Kohl's Department Store.

The three deals include pad sales to Applebee's and Fazoli's to build 5,000-sf and 3,200-sf buildings, respectively, and a lease to Starbucks for a 1,600-sf pad. The landlord, Lewis Retail Centers, was represented by Moore and John T. Mehigan of CB Richard Ellis, along with Nelson Wheeler and Jeff Reenders of Strategic Retail Advisors.

Applebee's was represented by Peter Moersch of CB Richard Ellis, with Fazioli's was represented by Phil Berry of Commercial West Brokerage and Starbucks represented by Jason Gordon of Epsteen & Associates.
