"By moving the sales center directly onto the property, we give (the buyers) an opportunity to experience what living at the Aston is like--and that they can have it now," says sales director Javier Cervera of Cervera Realty. The project is now ready for occupancy. "A new flurry of interested buyers have come to our new sales center."
The project features one- and two-bedroom condos priced from $170,000 to about $300,000, approximately $20,000 less than some nearby developments.
BAP Development was the developer of the recently completed project. It was built by Bovis and designed by Bermello, Ajamil and Partners.
