In the two Irvine leases, Quantum Inc. signed for 48,774 sf at 16901 Jamboree Road and Fieldstone Communities Inc. signed for 27,384 sf at 2 Ada in the Irvine Spectrum.

In the Tustin transaction, Dave Desper and Chip Wright of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the landlord, Catellus Development, with Jonti Bacharach of the Newport Beach office of the Staubach Co. representing Terumo Cardiovascular.

In the Jamboree Road deal, Desper and Barry Knudson of CBRE represented the landlord, Western States Technologies, with Scott Read of Grubb & Ellis representing Quantum Inc. In the Fieldstone Communities lease, Chip Wright of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office represented Fieldstone, with the landlord, The Irvine Co., represented internally by Tom Greubel.
