Rusk is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships for Northstar Partners, which provides corporate services to local, national and international clients such as transaction negotiation, project and construction management, portfolio administration and real estate financing and strategy.
A native of St. Paul, Rusk has 15 years of corporate real estate experience, including serving Fortune 500 clients with both Trammell Crow Company and LaSalle Partners (now Jones Lang LaSalle). Her background also includes marketing and leasing large, Class A office properties and experience in lease transactions, acquisitions, dispositions and positioning for development.
Rusk received her Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. She previously worked in engineering and marketing with IBM.
"I'm a detail nut, and believe that engineers make great real estate professionals," Rusk says.
Northstar Partners is a full-service commercial real estate firm founded in 2002 by veteran Twin Cities real estate professionals Terry Kingston and Clint Miller. The firm maintains offices in downtown and suburban Minneapolis and is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance.
