GMACCM senior vice presidents Daniel Monte of the Upstate New York loan origination office in Buffalo and Warren Higgins of the firm's Philadelphia office arranged the transaction. GMACCM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Holding Corp.
