Bradley's department will provide underwriting and other real estate support services for timeshare properties in Florida, says Matthew Frasure, vice president and manger for Fidelity National's Florida and Caribbean operations.
"This is a new business challenge (for Fidelity National)," says Frasure. "There are plenty of opportunities in Florida for FNTIC to establish a foothold and become a major factor in this field."
Bradley's 20 years of experience in the industry includes stints with Sunterra Financial Services, Marriott Vacation Club and Disney Vacation Club. She will be based in suburban Maitland. She was a timeshare specialist for 12 years at First American Title.
Frasure says the addition of an interval ownership department is the latest in a series of moves and executive appointments by Fidelity National's Agency Division over the past 18 months to strengthen its position in the marketplace. The new department follows the opening of agency service centers in the Florida Panhandle, Jacksonville, Sarasota and Miami.
