Elliott, a former owner and president of Elliott Consulting Services Inc., will direct property management, construction management and engineering activities for PM in the city, Florida and North and South Carolina, overseeing 100 employees and a portfolio of six million sf. She reports to David Parker, senior vice president and director of the firm's Eastern Division.
"(Elliott) has a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to enhance the value of properties," Parker says. "She is a well-known and trusted name in the real estate industry."
Elliott is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a member of the Atlanta Building Owners and Managers Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management and Commercial Real Estate Women of Atlanta. She is also a certified property manager and real property administrator.
