The three-story class A office building is owned by National Development of New England. Richard Gang, director of workplace operations for BrassRing, notes that the company's present lease was expiring at the end of this year and the timing was right. He adds, "for us to upgrade our space, consolidate two operating centers and reduce our overall operating expenses by moving into this new, state of the art facility." A spokesperson for BrassRing tells GlobeSt.com that the company will be moving out of its two locations in Waltham--at 170 high St. and at 37 Whitcomb St.-- and into its new space.
