Spanning a total of 357 acres, Laborde Canyon Ranch is being designed to include both multifamily product and single-family homes. The planners also intend to incorporate an abundant amount of open spaces, such as walking trails and parks. Lots will be available to builders within the next two years.
The new venture marks the second collaboration between Capstone Advisors and The St. Clair Co. "We knew Laborde Canyon Ranch offered outstanding potential, since we are currently involved with several developments in the vicinity," says John Trotter, vice president of Capstone Advisors. "Because of our knowledge of the area and our ability to move quickly, we were able to fund the project in less than 40 days after we first saw the property."
