Chris Migliori of the Anaheim office of Daum reports that The Olsen Family Trust sold two buildings comprising Trenton Business Park on 2.5 acres of land at 1150-150 W. Trenton St. to Chandler Real Properties. Migliori represented The Olsen Family Trust, with Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates representing the buyers.
The two buildings are occupied by True Green, an affiliate of publicly held Servicemaster, a provider of a variety of home services ranging from lawn care to cleaning to pest control and home security; and SPX, a Fortune 500 company that provides technical and industrial products and services.
The buildings are concrete tilt-up structures featuring 8,000 sf of total office space. The property also provides excess land for parking and expansion.
