ORLANDO-Ed Parker, a financial management professional with 20 years in the field, joins the corporate real estate services department of developer George Livingston's NAI Realvest Partners Inc. in suburban Maitland, FL.
Parker was president of Blackstar Communications Inc. before he led the successful sale of its five TV stations in 1998. Parker is also a former president of Accseus Corp., a venture capital and incubation firm.
