Nesco Manufacturing Inc. relocated its Tempe operation into the 108,115-sf development's larger building, a 76,000-sf tilt-wall industrial structure at 6965 S. Priest Dr., Jim Stockwell of Ross Brown Partners tells GlobeSt.com. The commerce center owner, MS Guadalupe LLC, charges 56 cents per sf to 58 cents per sf triple net for the industrial space. The rock and stone maker is sharing the building with four smaller manufacturing tenants, leaving 17,873 sf available for rent.
Stockwell, along with partner Mike Goldwater, represented both parties in the transaction and serve as leasing agents for the buildings. The project's 32,000-sf building is rented to a manufacturer of metal garage shelters.
