Designed by Watkins/Baile Associates of Newport Beach, the three-story, steel frame structure is being developed by Aspen Grove as a multi-tenant office building. In addition to general contracting, Wentz is providing schedule management, preconstruction services, value engineering and logistics planning for Newport Beach-based Aspen Grove, which is a real estate development firm.
The new office building, which is scheduled to be completed in March, will serve as the new Southern California regional office for Redwood Shores-based Wentz, which will be relocating its Southern California office from Irvine to the new office development. Established in 1974, Wentz provides management, construction and engineering services for corporate users, real estate development firms and institutions throughout the Western United States.
