The regional airline took off with a five-year lease for 3948 E. Air Lane. The lease is valued at close to $375,000 over the lease term.
"They felt their main facility in Farmington was too far from their facility at Sky Harbor and wanted to move it closer," Rich Sica, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com. Building owner Pasley Co. LLC of Phoenix had the perfect site in the single-story industrial building with 14-foot clear height and 10,000 sf of yard space, Sica says. He and Jeff Jeff Hulseweh, also with Daum Commercial, represented both parties in the transaction.
