Spa Holdings LLC acquired Poway Plaza in 1999 as part of afour-property portfolio that it purchased for $44.3 million.Located at 12622-12666 Poway Rd., the 74,060-sf complex is anchoredby a 40,657-sf LA Fitness and 18,160-sf Rite Aid.
