Initially, this will comprise 155,000 sf of business space on three sites totalling 12 acres. A second element to follow will include environmental and highway works. Over time, the park is scheduled to be extended to 322,920 sf of office, light industrial and distribution space.
The Wellington Employment Park takes Langtree's involvement in Merseyside to more than 500,000 sf.
