Mark Cote, managing director of T3 Realty Advisors, represented SentitO Networks and Bill Spound of Spound Development Associates LP was the property owner that brokered the deal.
Jason Macres, sentitO's co-founder and general manager of the Westford facility, says that the company is "eager" about its move and new location. He adds that sentitO looked for six months "to secure the most cost efficient space we could with minimal operating disruption."
The area continues to struggle with high vacancy rates with the most recent statistics from Grubb & Ellis indicating that the Route 495 North market has a vacancy rate of 32.4%.
