The 347,000 sf, six-story integrated health care facility offering both hospital and clinic services was built by McGough Construction of Minneapolis is located on a 17-acre site.

The sale, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year, represents the exit of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota from the business of owning hospital facilities and it will no longer have an ownership interest in Innovis Health. Innovis will continue to be a provider of care for Blue Cross of Minnesota insured members.

Catholic Health Initiatives, based in Denver, is a national not-for-profit health care organization comprised of 68 hospitals and 43 long-term care, assisted living and independent living facilities located in 19 states.
