In the third deal, Atlantic Pioneer Mortgage leased 2,338 sf of office space at 3201 W. Commercial Blvd. The lease is for 48 months.
The direct weighted average class A rental rate for the city's central business district, according to Cushman & Wakefield's second-quarter Broward County office report, is $28.71 per sf.
