Although the lease begins next year, Mattis notes that Harrows has already begun to use the 19216 Normandie facility by way of a sublease with King's Hawaiian. King's has used the building as a bakery for the last 13 years and is currently completing the development of new headquarters nearby. Harrows' operation, which includes making pies for such clients as Marie Callender, will eventually be moved in its entirety to the Normandie buildings from Huntington Beach.

Harrows was represented by Chris Chinnichi of Collins Commercial.
