The rapidly growing congregation outgrew a nearby leased facility along Greatwood Parkway in Sugar Land. Chris Caudill with the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that he and Joel Michael, also with NAI Partners, brought several options in the southwest submarket to their client. Caudill says talks included constructing a building, but church leaders wanted to wait before committing to a new structure. The winning option was a 30,000-sf service center building, owned by a Houston limited partnership that had partner Mike Baker negotiate its terms. The building rents for 70 cents per sf.
