Chris Migliori of the Anaheim office of Daum says Budget plans to move into its new facility on Dec. 31 in a relocation from its existing headquarters on West Taft Avenue in Orange. The building occupies 1.7 acres of land at 1927 Glassell St. Migliori represented the seller of the building, Douglas Rossman, with Joe Williams and Mike Merk, also in Daum's Anaheim office, representing Budget Blinds.Established in 1992, Budget provides custom window coverings, including blinds, shutters, shades and drapes for residential and commercial use. With 350 locations in 39 states, the company reports annual sales at $60 million.

The new Budget Blinds headquarters is a concrete tilt-up structure with ground-level loading and features excess land for added parking. The building provides 6,000 sf of office space.
