Geriatric Associates, a provider of medical services to nursing homes and other senior living facilities, moved into 5,140 sf in a 102,838-sf office building at 711 W. Bay Area Blvd. Coy Davidson and Robert Parsley, a Colliers International team in Houston, are marketing the hospital campus and represented Geriatric Associates in the new long-term lease with Austin-based Capital Commercial Investments Inc., whose terms were brokered by Kevin Nolan of Moody Rambin Interests Inc. in Houston.

Davidson tells GlobeSt.com that it took about 90 days to find the right spot for Geriatric Associates. He says the Webster building won out because it is centrally positioned for employees and close to the freeway. The class B office building is 76% leased. The quoted rate is $15.25 per sf. The "for sale" campus is one of three owned by Methodist Hospital in Baytown and the only one up for grabs.
