Allan Greene of Equis represented W.J. Casey in the build-to-suit transaction. The Chicago-based Equis has its New Jersey offices in Edison. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The project is being done by the Asbury, NJ-based J.G. Petrucci Inc. According to company president Jim Petrucci, "this project is a true turnkey––we acquired the land, will complete the building and sell the finished project to Casey."
W.J. Casey specializes in heavy hauling and rigging, as well as crane service, loading and unloading, import and export services and warehousing. The design team for the company's new facility includes Cerminara Architect, Stires Civil Engineering and structural engineer Pany and Lentz.
