Presidential Billiards now has 21,585 sf for its eight-member staff. Sales have doubled every year since the company began and distribution is now nearly nationwide, according to president and owner, Elaine Gerber. Gerald Irons, director of office leasing for the Woodlands Operating Co. LP, and Gerber negotiated the renewal and expansion.
Presidential Billiards imports billiard tables and game room furniture from Zimbabwe, which it sells wholesale to US dealers. "We have been very fortunate to have experienced such rapid growth," Gerber said in a press release. "The Woodlands location is very near our major customers as well as the Port of Houston where our product is delivered."
The two-building project also contains a 32,030-sf structure. The asking rates run $12 per sf for office space, $8.25 per sf for shop space and $7.75 per sf for warehouse space.
