Coreland also won the assignment for a center that is locatedacross the street from Crenshaw Imperial Plaza, the CrenshawImperial Shopping Center. The other new assignments include theTown & Country Shopping Center in Rolling Hills Estates,Margarita Plaza in Huntington Park, Plaza de Monterey in PalmDesert, Jamboree Promenade in Irvine, Golden Circle Plaza in SantaAna, Brookhurst Plaza in Fountain Valley, Grove Ontario BusinessCenter in Ontario, Dolphin Business Center in Lake Forest, CollegeCenter in Azusa, and Hacienda Plaza in La Habra.

Chris Hite, co-founder and president of Coreland, says CorelandCos. will be assisting clients such as Los Angeles-based DylanInvestment Properties and Jade Enterprises with renovating,re-tenanting and repositioning their shopping centers. New clientDylan Investment Properties owns Town & Country Shopping Centerand existing client Jade Enterprises owns College Center and thenewly acquired Hacienda Plaza, which it plans to rename La HabraGateway.

Upside Investments, an existing client, tapped Coreland for theproperty management contract for its newest acquisition, theCrenshaw Imperial Plaza. The center's 305,120 sf consists of220,291 sf of retail and a six-story office building of 84,829 sf.Upside is planning a major redevelopment of the property includingcosmetic renovations and additional pad tenants.
