Medical Office Building Sells for $218 Per SF

HINSDALE, IL-Skokie-based HSS Partners, LLC gets a 3.25-acre site and a 33,000-sf building next to its Hinsdale Medical Center with its $7.2-million purchase of Grant Square Medical Center at 333 Chestnut St.

The newest property in the portfolio of principals Herbert S. Saywitz, Michael J. Horne and Richard M. Allen is on 3.25 acres near Hinsdale Hospital, which along with LaGrange Hospital is a tenant at Grant Square Medical Center.

Brokers Arlene Senk of Commercial Realty & Development of Chicago and Thomas Sorce of Coldwell Banker-Hinsdale represented Saywitz, Horne and Allen.

HSS Partners will handle leasing and management at Grant Square Medical Center.
