The additions are Larry Palmer, project superintendent; Wally Neal, senior pre-construction manager; Joshua Smith, project manager; and Jason Livengood, Melissa Johnson, Jeremy Knodel, Kevin Bird, project engineers. The hiring spree included a project accountant and receptionist.
Palmer will serve as supervisor for the division's field operations to oversee employees and subcontractors. Neal will oversee estimating, scheduling and strategic and communications documents during the pre-construction period.
As project manager, Smith will work closely with owners and designers to develop project start-up, strategy, scheduling, job quality and job cost control. Livengood, Johnson, Knodel and Bird will be responsible for material expedition, detail scheduling, submittal processing, quotations, change orders, purchase orders and engineering during construction.
