Continental Realty pre-leased 23,000 sf in the building where it will relocate its corporate headquarters, and sports training outfit Velocity Sports Performance has committed to 16,100 sf of space. Finally, Ripken Baseball, the administrative offices of baseball great Cal Ripken's business endeavors, has signed on for 9,000 sf. of space. "Each company chose the business center based on its close proximity to points throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County, as well as the excellent highway system," Miller adds.
