Meanwhile, Control Engineering has renewed a 6,138-sf lease at 2000 York Rd. in Oak Brook Business Center, Jacada Inc. signed a 2,681-sf lease at 2803 Butterfield Rd. in Oak Brook, First Capital Banc signed a renewal and expansion for 2,208 sf at Brittany Towers Office Center at 17W665 Butterfield Rd. in Oakbrook Terrace, while Tempe, AZ-based Cranial Technologies Inc. signed a 2,850-sf lease at at 17W662 Butterfield Rd.
