Apartment Complex Sold for Nearly $4M

MOUNT PLEASANT, MI-The Forum Apartments bought the apartment complex, located at 950 Appian Way.

The 144-unit apartment community was sold for $3,975,000. The seller was Public Forum, LLC of Lansing, MI. The buyer was The Forum Apartments Limited Partnership of Orchard Lake, MI.

The transaction was negotiated by David Walstrom of the Detroit office of Hendricks & Partners.

Mount Pleasant, about 150 northwest of Detroit, is home to Central Michigan University.
