Divaris Real Estate Inc. represented the interests of the tenant, as well as those of property owner Columbus Tower LLC. Other occupants at One Columbus Center include the likes of Divaris Real Estate itself, Bank of America, Paine Webber, Pioneer Title, and law firm Wolcott, Rivers, Wheary, Basnight and Kelly.
