In another unrelated industrial sale on the South Side, Shade Master paid $376,500 for a 25,500-sf building at 7300 S. Kimbark Ave. Paine/Wetzel-ONCOR International SVP Albert Schulman represented the manufacturer of awning and outside shades, which is relocating from Elgin. Shaun Burke of H&B Realty represented J.J. Brodsky & Sons Inc.
"It's difficult to find a 25,000-sf building in good condition," Schulman says. "We were very happy to have been able to locate this facility, with close proximity to the Dan Ryan expressway and a large land site, for our client."
