Andrew Schiffer of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, East Rutherford, negotiated the long-term transaction on behalf of CFI, the second assignment he's completed recently for the firm. Paul Revson of Studley represented Credit Agricole. Terms of the transaction were not released, although Schiffer says the signing came "at a highly competitive sublet rate."

The 15-year-old CFI provides its clients with such services as financial communications consulting, planning, stockwatch, investor profiling, investment community data and investor relations technology. A subsidiary of Incepta Group, the firm operates internationally from London, Tokyo, Paris, Cape Town and Boston.
