The Pick Family Trust has purchased the asset, which is a single-tenant surgery center, from First Ontario Surgery LLC. Encompassing 13,985 sf, the property is located at 1211 W. 6th St.
Jeff Conover of Faris represented both the Pick Family Trust and First Ontario Surgery LLC, with the property attracting multiple offers from 1031 investors.
Inland Empire cities like Ontario continue to experience steady retail activity, according to the 2003 National Retail Index compiled by Marcus & Millichap Retail Services. "Solid fundamentals in the Inland Empire's retail market are attracting a growing number of investors, causing prices for most property types to continue appreciating," the Marcus & Millichap report says.
