Abbey National Sells Ferguson House, Marylebone Road

LONDON- Abbey National Asset Managers, on behalf of Scottish Mutual Assurance, has sold the 51,800-sf Ferguson House, 15-17 Marylebone Road, London W1 to a private UK investor for pounds 27.35 million ($45 million) to show a yield of about 6.4%.

The 51,800-sf modern office building, on the corner of Marylebone Road and Marylebone High Street, is let to Westminster Primary Care Trust and Colt Telecommunications until March 2018. It produces a total income of £1,850,205 ($3 million) per annum.
