Next up, a stellar panel made up of Steven Denholtz, Denholtz Associates, Stan Gale of the Gale Co., economist Dr. James Hughes of Rutgers University, Jeffrey Kelter of Keystone Property Trust, Patrick Murphy of CB Richard Ellis and Emanuel Stern of Hartz Mountain Industries will candidly discuss the key issues impacting New Jersey real estate today. The open, free-form discussion will be moderated by Eric Peterson, editor of Real Estate New Jersey magazine, another Real Estate Media product.

In the popular Inside the Real Estate Mind presentation, Pozycki will sit down with Michael G. Desiato, editor-in-chief of Real Estate Media, for a candid one-on-one conversation. One of the industry's most powerful and enigmatic figures, Pozycki will share his entrepreneurial vision and talk about the challenges faced and lessons learned from a career in real estate investment and development.

And McGreevey will face an industry with which he was at odds early this year. New Jersey's governor is expected to deal with a range of topics, including his administration's agenda for keeping the Garden State economically competitive and the real estate industry's role in accomplishing that objective.
