CenterPoint Gets $4.5M for Industrial Asset

ROMEOVILLE, IL-Stamar Packaging pays $37 per sf for the building at 1415 Enterprise Dr. in the Marquette Industrial Park. CenterPoint Properties Trust paid $2.9 million for the asset in 1997.

CenterPoint Properties Trust acquired the property from McKesson Drug, which built the facility in 1980.

Gerard J. Keating and Daniel P. Leahy of NAI Hiffman's industrial brokerage group represented CenterPoint Properties Trust while Stephen J. Connolly of NAI Hiffman represented Stamar Packaging, which sells corrugated packaging materials.
