Kenyon Place Apartments Sells for $5M

ENGLEWOOD, CO-A 112-unit multifamily dwelling southwest of Denver has fetched over $45,000 per unit in a deal brokered by Marcus & Millichap.

The seller was a local investor, as was the buyer. Marcus & Millichap brokers David Potarf, Dan Woodward and Tim Shunta represented the seller. Tom Welsh and Jerry Thompson of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.

"Kenyon Place Apartments has a solid, infill location near Swedish Hospital and Englewood High School," says Shunta. The property was constructed in 1974.
