Dave Howard of Irvine-based Resource Commercial says the space will serve as corporate administrative offices for the church, which formerly occupied 3,000 sf of office space at a nearby building on Wilshire Boulevard. The church is scheduled to move into its new space in early October. Financial terms of the seven-year sublease were not disclosed. However, asking rates for direct space in the circa 1987 building are $2.25 per sf per month.

Resource Commercial's Howard, based in the firm's Irvine office, and George Chelius of Resource Commercial's Los Angeles office, along with David Silver of GVA Williams in New York City, represented sublessor Initiative Media Worldwide, which is a part of the Interpublic Group. Oasis Christian Center was represented by Guy Eisner of Grubb and Ellis.
