Sam Thomas, Bob Miller and Maggie Huelskamp of Sperry Van Ness in Boston represented W.A. Wilde in the transaction, while Larry DeSantis of Sperry Van Ness in Irvine, CA represented the buyer.

Thomas notes that his firm had the property listed for under a month and had more than 160 inquiries and seven offers from around the country. Miller, who recently joined the firm, points out that this deal "is a great example of how companies can use their real estate to significantly improve their balance sheet and control their cost of occupancy for the next 20 to 40 years. The company will be able to re-invest the proceeds from the sale into the relatively higher returns of its core businesses."
