Grubb & Ellis Closes Lease Deal

BRIGHTON, MI-Grubb & Ellis announces a new lease for Asbury Park Office Center in the city.

The property, owned by MANN Enterprises, LLC, was selected for its close proximity to local freeways as well as for the aesthetics of the center, the company said. Occupancy is expected later this month.

Grubb & Ellis team member Kevin Brady, commercial and vacant land specialist, Land Group represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
