Cheesecake Factory Comes to Town Center

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA-There's another restaurant on the menu at the 1.8 million-sf mixed-use development known as the Town Center of Virginia Beach, with the Cheesecake Factory's 20-year lease of nearly 12,000 sf.

"Cheesecake's commitment to the Town Center of Virginia Beach, underscores the quality of this location, the strength of the market and the compatibility of the mixed uses that have been assembled for the development," Divaris chairman/CEO Gerald Divaris notes.

The restaurant marks the Cheesecake Factory's second Virginia location, and its first outside the Metropolitan Washington, DC area in Virginia. Other restaurants at Town Center include California Pizza Kitchen and PF Chang's China Bistro.
